Green matte vase with cherries and leaves cut into the panels. Blue mark under glaze on the bottom. If anyone recognizes the maker, please let me know. My guess is early Roseville. I've looked everywhere and can't seem to locate the name or maker. Thanks for your help

Very nice piece. Yes, the R is a early Roseville Mark.

Thanks! This does not appear on any Roseville sites that I've looked on. Thanks for confirming my guess.

I also looked online for the pattern, and through some of my roseville books. I couldn't find this pattern either. It is very similar in style to Baneda or Rosecraft. I am thinking that it may be a experimental piece. I would try contacting justartpottery.com for their opinion. The R is definitely a roseville mark.

Thanks for checking. I did finally find the vase. It is in the Roseville Rosecraft Panel collection. 1920's. I learn something new everyday!
