The clay that I can see on the edges on the one tile with the hunter reminds as well as the blue corner embellishments remind me of Tichelaar Makkum.

I should add that in the stamps, his signature is always cursive, and on my watercolor, the signature is printed. The style is very much in keeping with his work, but I'm just confused since I cannot ...
I wonder if this was made under the brand name, Enesco. You could search on ebay to see if you similar Enesco vase items like this.
