This is a Loetz vase designed in 1902 by Koloman Moser for the distribution firm E. Bakalowits Sohne in Vienna. It stands 8 inches tall and is a PG 85/5032 on a Prod #85/5033 form. (2011)

I held this vase in hand and I know it looks much better in person and in your previous listing.
