It looks as though your bracelet is made of "pot metal" - a white coloured metal alloy, commonly used in the 1920s and 1930s, when the "costume jewellery" industry was still in it's formative years. As it was cheap it was a good material for affordable costume jewellery. The stones probably originated in Czechoslovakia, one of the main sources of stones for costume jewellery items at this time. Add in the geometric design and the conclusion is that this is an Art Deco bracelet, most likely made in the 1930s!
