This piece has to be my best effort at casting diatreta glass.
--15 inches tall-- I call it a cage cup because it follows more closely the design of ancient Roman cage cups, to which you can compare it with the one in the clipping. The auction was held in 2004.
Perhaps in 2000 years this piece will sell for a similar ammount of money.....which might just be enough to purchase a loaf of bread.

I find myself staring at your glass, wondering how you pulled this off and how many attempts it must have taken. Just beautiful.

I thought it must of been one of your peices & told my partner about your unreal style. I also said one day you never know I may own a peice. Please keep them coming.

Seeing this piece makes me strongly regret not becoming a glass maker.. had an opertunity to learn in the 1970's but was too interested in other things ...
