This is variation No. 3 of the Queen Elizabeth II pocket watch manufactured by Smiths in 1953 to commemorate the Coronation event. Queen Elizabeth's portrait and the words 'Coronation Queen Elizabeth II 1953' is engraved on the case back. The watch dial is just a standard Smiths Empire pocket watch design with a subsidiary seconds dial.
