This is German addressed postal card for the "Cologne Carnival". #P276 This is a publicity card isssued on December 31, 1938 and only sold in Cologne (Koln) and at the philatelic counter in Berlin. Print in green ink.

REVERSE: Cologne Cathedral - (German: Kölner Dom) is a Gothic church started in 1248 and completed in 1880. It claims to house the relics of the Three Magi.
It was designated a World Heritage Site in 1996.
