This is German addressed postal card for the "Cologne Carnival". #P277 This is a commemorative card isssued on February 16, 1939 and was sold at, and for use during, the Carnival in Cologne (Koln). Print in brown ink.

REVERSE: Cologne Cathedral - (German: Kölner Dom) is a Gothic church started in 1248 and completed in 1880. It claims to house the relics of the Three Magi.
It was designated a World Heritage Site in 1996.
