Found these in a storage unit I purchased, I don't know much about Military gear ,but why would this helmet be made of such flimsy material? Was it just used for training in boot camp,because it sure wouldn't seem to protect your head from live ammunition . The outer is camouflaged and inside has stripes and all of the correct head straps also the name of the soldier, plus some writing along the inner edge that reads Deadrick ,not sure what year this is but the other pieces have dates of 1967 and 1976.
