A lovely small 4" by 4" cased glass vase with nice enameled rim at top. It has a nicely polished pontil. Reminds me of the Loetz Rainbow line on Loetz.com site....except this has a white cased lining. Any help with identifying this will be greatly appreciated.
Looks Victorian English to me.
Came across this on my travels..thought it might interest you....:-)

Sorry! didn't realize you couldn't get back to original page...this is what it said..
"RAINBOW STRIPED VASE. Interesting cased glass vase has rainbow stripe with clear glass overlay and swirled vertical ribbing. Vase is unsigned. SIZE: 6-1/2" t. CONDITION: Very good to excellent with some minor wear to gilded trim on lip. 5-66468 (400-500)"
Definitely Loetz, in my opinion. I've seen them both cased and not cased (just like Carneol - some are white lined, and some aren't)
Definitively not Loetz, in my opinion. A vase with the same rainbow decor and this typical type of ribbs is exhibited at the Passau Glass Museum and is assigned to Harrach. Befor some weeks, a vase with same rainbow decor carrying the Harrach "Propeller" mark was shown at CW. In contrast to this vase, the Loetz rainbow decor contains a sherry brownish stripe of glass, an example is also seen at the PGM. In addition, it is known, that the Loetz raibow decor is very rare, and usually applied to small vases, whereas the rainbow decor shown here occurs quite often on the market on larger vases. Some of them may also be assigned to Webb or other Stourbridge companies.
I have a piece that is simmilar https://www.facebook.com/groups/VintageGlass/795702740458871/?notif_t=group_comment
100% Loetz, definitely not Harrach.
