Here are three 1950's Venetian "Fazzoletto" (handkerchief) vases designed by Paolo Venini. All are about 4 inches tall by 4 inches widest.
They were made on the island of Murano, Venice , Italy and are marked with the three line acid stamp/manufacturing mark "Venini, Murano, Italia".
They are made using latticework –like “Zanfirico” strands and solid “Filigrana” ribbons.
So so beautiful!...:-)
Tre bei fazzoletti! Wow!
STUNNING!!!
wow, Venini fazzoletto vases are something special... they are so much better than "average"... instantly recognizable and unfortunately therefore usually very expensive

I bought these a long time ago and don't remember what they cost. The signed Venini examples today clearly bring much more than unsigned ones- even these relatively smaller ones at about 4" x 4".
