Hi, this came to me in a job lot from auction, but I have no idea what it is, where it's from, or what it's for. It appears to be a crude form of cloisonné over a base metal, possibly made in the Tibetan or Indian areas. I've called it a snuff due to the fact that is has a small spoon attached to the end of the chain. But I fear you may cause some damage to yourself if you sniffed the amount of snuff the spoon could hold. If anyone could enlighten me I'd much appreciate it.
