The only writing on the face says "Ingersoll" and the back just reads "Chr Pl Base Metal Bezel" and "Stainless Steel Back".

To Paul King: Condition is critical -- no hands is not good... better to have the hands, and the original box -- as-is yours is worth less than $20 -- watch ebay to see values. -- http://completed.shop.ebay.com/i.html?rt=nc&LH_Complete=1&_nkw=mickey%20mouse%20watch%20ingersoll&_fln=1&_trksid=p3286.c0.m283&_rdc=1

Savoychina has shared the link to an awesome website that has all the Mickey Mouse watches pictured, with dates, and original packaging -- http://75yearsfortheinegersollmickey.blogspot.com/

I just found the identical Mickey Mouse watch show on the above display -- Unsolved mystery ...-- in a safe box. The watch is intact, works, has a red wrist band made for a child, looks to be in prime condition. Family inquiries indicate it might have bought in the 1960's from a retail store. I was surprised we kept it this long.

Just a short note on comment#5 and #7. There has only two Mickey wrist watches produced and marketed with Blue bands, The first would be the 1948 full sized round with fluted basil(20th birthday watch) and the 1976 Bi-Centennial Minuteman Mickey. If it's a blue pantent-leather with leather backing, it was off a donald duck or snow white.
