OK, gang - I need help with this one. I don't know where it originated, but I do know where it wound up, courtesy of the enameled decoration, which includes the word "Lourdes". I assume this is a souvenir of a sort, but it isn't your typical gift shop quality. (In fact, I have a Loetz vase in Rubin Glatt Dek I/117 that also says "Lourdes" on it in decorator's ink - it was done at the factory). So these are upscale souvenirs! Frosted glass with alternately colored ruffles (stained) in pastel colors. Enameled floral decoration is reminiscent of the work of Harrach, Riedel, or Legras. Perfect ground and polished pontil. No markings. No clue as to maker or country of origin. Any clues or ideas would be most appreciated.
Warren, very beautiful piece!
