This lovely Czech vase isn't in a typical Tango decor - it feels much more delicate to me due to the color and decoration, but does have a definite Tango vibe, too. It is 6" tall x 4 5/8" at its widest. I just love the perfectly placed little hand painted pale orange polka dots (with a very fine gold ring around each one) against the translucent white, and can't wait to fill it with narcissus and daffodils from the garden as they come into bloom. I do not recognize the stamp on the bottom, so do not feel this is Kralik, but most probably another maker. (Any ideas?) Thanks!
UPDATE: Today I had this vase in the kitchen, under fluorescent lights, and I thought it looked rather greenish and sort of glow-y....I got out my black light, and this vase lit up a brilliant milky green! I had no idea it was UV reactive. This really is a gorgeous vase, and has some very unique characteristics to it!
dosn't the round "czecho slovakia" stamp belong to kralik? some expert should confirm...
austrohungaro, to my knowledge, confirmed Kralik stamps are either straight across, or semi-circular, without a circle around them. (for examples, see http://www.great-glass.co.uk/glass%20notes/marki-l.htm under Wilhelm Kralik Sohn).
Thanks mchelle. As you see I am not an expert in Bohemian glass :( It's far too complicated for me :)
austrohungaro, I don't consider myself an expert in the least - I just do a little reading here and there, and there are many good websites that help, too. And, just buy what you love! :)
Snap, very cool. It doesn't look like it would glow at all, i bet you were surprised
Thanks, Vintagefran - I sure was! :)
Jay, sure thing! I now keep a little black light 'flashlight' on my desk to check out my new glass, too! :)

Sean, thank you! I think the other two could be by the same maker, based on the mark and their shapes - great to know! (Does yours glow under black light too?)
I believe it does , your welcome Michelle:) yes great to know:)
