      Dillinger had many run-ins with the feds in MN too. He hooked up with the Barker gang here.

      Great piece! john Dillinger is always my first thought whenever someone mentions the Biograph Theater.

      Well zguy2112, you are the collector that I usually like to read insights, but on this poster I'll have to say your eye was really not sharp. This is supposed to be a 1930s poster, and the typeface used is Helvetica, the most famous sans serif typeface, which was invented in 1957, more than 22 years after Dillinger's death. No posters before end of the fifties were using it of course. I guess this is a bad prop used in a poor TV film/show about Dillinger or just a cheap "avant garde" repro.
