Butchart Gardens Cardboard Sign

I don't know anything about this sign and would welcome any thoughts.

Butchart Gardens was established in British Colombia, Canada, in the early 20th century. For more than a century it has welcomed guests (a million+ annually) to enjoy the family's beautiful gardens.

I estimate this sign to be from the 1950s. I can find absolutely nothing like it online - which is no surprise given how delicate ephemera advertising is. It measures 5x21.5". It's clearly an advertising sign, but I'd love to know its age or where it might have been displayed.
