Stay away from it!
Neither the design of the bag nor the decorations look like Native American work. I am not sure how the decoration was applied, but it doesn't look like typical bead work.
Also the color of the leather looks odd. It has the appearance of some application to give it an "aged look".
Do some online searches and the issues will show themselves quickly.

I asked the girl some questions and she couldn't answer so wondered .I thought the circles look to round to be hand done and it reminds me of bags we had in the 70's
She said it had be handed down from 3 generations and given to her great grandfather by native American
There are no beads at all.It is all sewn.
There are lots of stories out there-- many of them innocent tales passed down through a family, while SOME are intentional deception of crooks!
A popular adage among militaria collectors and applicable to any antique is "buy the antique NOT the story".
Do the research or ask questions (like you have done here) before putting out the money. Get to know your collecting field before making any purchases.
