I have found many old coca Cola bottle openers, but never one with an articulating piece that pops the top off the bottle like this one. I would really appreciate someone being able to help identify more information about this piece. Thank you!

This opener (and many other types) can be found in the Schiffer book, "Soda Advertising Openers" by Don Bull/John Stanley, on page 88. Hope this helps.
