Silver plated (EPNS), Electro-Plated Nickel Silver, has hallmarks with EPNS in the center and a 6 point star on 1 end and it looks like an animal with a long body and 4 to 5 legs on the other end. Silver-plated plate on bottom 7" around, then glass dish and finally the Silver-plated cover 4.5" around with sculptured edges both on dish and cover. The cover has a wooden knob in center, looks like walnut.
