I have had this set for quite a while.I have no clue on age or maker.There are no markings.Any ideas are welcome !

Big love here on that. Seems similar to my Greensburg Glass Sugar and Creamer set. The handle is different but the etched pattern is very similar.
chataboutdg has this caddy as Imperial Glass #779 Empire; the floral cutting looks to be consistent with IG designs in their catalogs 'tho' I didn't see this set:
