Every once and a while I'll come across paperweights. I know some are pricey and others are cheap. I like the bubbles in this one and it was only a couple of dollars. There was the remains of a label on the bottom but, they put the price tag over it,which I did't see. Whatever little info that could be read was pulled off when I took the tag off. There was a bit of silver foil on the back so it had a foil label at one time. Maybe that's a clue to who made it. -Mike-
