Water Wheel Whirligig Folk Art Sculpture

Not ALL whirligigs work with wind-power. A circa 1930 handmade carved and constructed folk art whirligig which operated with water power. Likely part of a larger miniature enviroment. Articulated man turns the wheel as water spills down.
