Two more cards from the Septimus and Clara Miller Collection. Views of Fountains Abbey. It is just 7 miles south west of Ripon. These days a nine minute drive. I wonder how the Miller's got down there from Ripon? I have some cards from there too!
A UNESCO World Heritage site!
Run by the English National Trust!
Kids dress up as monks and go there on tours of the monastery as a 'Monk for a Day'.

Fascinating story and history! I wonder if Templars were also there at some point after fleeing France? Maybe they hid the Holy Grail there! I think they brought it to USA!
