I bought this at a thrift store for $1.41 because I loved the beads. I tinker with making my own jewelry In my spare time and had planned to use them for that. I realized once I was home that these beads were not just ordirdinary bead but in fact amber. I have never come across amber so fragrant that I could smell them hanging up a foot away. I think they are beautiful and am curious as to what kind of amber they baltic, Dominican,Blue ,green? It seems like the more I ready the more I'm unsure . But in the meantime I have developed a fascination with amber. I had no idea how interesting it was. It blows my mind to be able to sit at my desk and smell millions of years ago a foot away. Any input is definitely welcome . I'm eager to learn more .
