Here's and interesting find. It's a Hazel Atlas 10" milk glass decanter from the 1940's. It's done in a blue drizzle pattern and held something called "Welch's Refreshment Wine". The small white aluminum cap is missing though. It's clearly marked with their logo on the bottom. One of their many commercial pieces, but this pattern also shows up on cups and dinnerware as well. There were four colors of drizzle black, blue, red, and green. Hazel Atlas made a lot of beautiful depression glass as well which is highly prized by collectors. -Mike-
