UPDATE: New photos added (#1 and #2)

Knowing how rare it is to find these pieces, I've been watching this one for quite some time, hoping to negotiate the right price when the time was right, and today it was. :)

This "Kröselndekor" (Frits decor) vase is in a form documented in the expense table books from Schliersee/Regenhütte. Clear glass is covered in melted frits of yellow and ruby red, with yellow iridescence, and finally enameled with a tulip design in the "pastry bag" style found on some early Loetz pieces. While somewhat similar to Loetz's "papillon", this combination of colors and motifs makes this Schliersee decor recognizable and distinctive.

The third photo shows three different catalogued shapes of this decor; the first two (PN 325 and 326) are scanned from Das Böhmisches Glas 1700-1950, Band V, Jugendstil in Bayern und Schlesien (p. 16 and V.55), and the third is my new vase (PN 328). The fourth photo shows the line drawings extracted from the expense table books of the factory, ca. 1901-1905, as depicted in Gläserner Jugendstil aus Bayern, by Christiane Sellner.
