This is an Indiana University "Hoosiers" Glass mason-jar mug - 1980's
It has the red IU Indiana Hoosiers emblem /12 oz. size / stands 5" tall
Unknown maker but assume it is Ball Glass / embossed diamond and #21
Established 1820 / Motto: "Lux et Veritas" (Light and Truth)
