Old Neon Spinner Clock

This old clock has been hanging in my fathers garage for as long as i can remember. It is 30 inches wide across the top, and 36 inches high with a 20 inch dial. Our old local grocery store had one of these years ago. It has a green neon light behind the spinner. Also the four round holes at the top are for a neon sign. Could not find a maker tag on it unless it is in the inside somewhere. I plug it in from time to time just to see if it still works.
