This is a vintage Homer Laughlin Harlequin cup in the chartreuse color.
The Harlequin line was a less expensive line than the Fiestaware and was sold through Woolworth Stores. - Circa 1949-1959
Made by the Homer Laughlin Company, Newell, West Virginia.
