    Finally I found one close to home and in good shape. It has a couple little issues, mainly that the previous owner liked to dabble with a paint brush and he didn't have a steady hand for letter-work. Aside from that and the original cap catcher and opener missing, I'm happy to finally have one of these little guys in the collection. I already have an after market catcher that needs paint and a correct opener will be here soon.

      Nice one, Awesome cooler. I too have been looking for one of these, only one has turned up near me. It unfortunately was missing the lid, oh well my search continues.

      The date code on your machine W ADE shows it is a Westinghouse cooler made in February 1939. Cool stuff. I love mine.
