This is a pedestal bowl made by the L. E. Smith Glass Company. It is the Romanesque pattern which is made up of raised dots. The dots give the pattern a bright appearance. These were made in the late 1920.
The bowl is about 11" wide and 4" tall.
Not quite footed as it is footed on a pedestal. Anyway it is 11" wide and 4" tall. Sadly I haven't found out a matching pattern so I shall need some help.
Thank you LOUMANAL for solving the mystery.

Thank you SEAN68.
This looks a lot like the ROMANESQUE pattern by L.E.SMITH Glass Co. of Mt Pleasant, PA. Another similar pattern they made was called "By Cracky". RER(BOB)
