    Was told this is a School House Regulator, but have not been able to find information on the signature located just under the RN 12. Greatly appreciaite any help.

      Regulator is the wall hung pendulum driven style. W. Haid I believe was a clock company of West Germany which is now defunct. I think they were known to have used some Hermle movements in their clocks but I'm not certain. Looks like yours is in pretty nice shape, circa 1970s would be my guess. Nice clock, thanks for sharing!
