Picked this up in Texas recently. I am fond of cobalt blue items made of glass. This unmarked piece is 5 " tall and 1 13/16 " o.d. Has a ground and polished pontil. The outside is satin finished , but not frosted ,while the inside is smooth. Has applied red glass drops and a silver filled etched pattern. Rim is also silvered. I would like to know its origin or maker .

Iwould have a look at Karl (Carl) Goldberg of Haida (Novy Bor), Bohemia as a possibility. Love the Jugendstil Decor!

Gorgeous! I agree with vetraio50 - Goldberg often used a satin finished cobalt blue. I have not seen one with the applied drops, though. Very nice!
