This is an official replica of a U.S. Postal Service Mailbox which is made as a desktop postage stamp dispenser. - It is plastic and 4" tall and dispenses stamps from a roll through a front slot. There is also a slot in the back to use as a coin bank. The bottom has a screw-out piece for adding the roll of stamps or emptying the coins. - Made by WEI KEE Ltd., Hong Kong China
®™ & © 2003 USPS (US Postal Service) - Produced under License by Wei Kee
** Wei Kee Ltd. was established in 1987 and is currently the only company in the world dealing with licensed mailboxes with official logos. They have secured patent rights for postal trademarks of the United States, UK, Macao, Singapore, Switzerland, New Zealand, Japan, Denmark, Portugal, China, etc., and their products are only available at the local post offices and their website, not in any shops. The mailbox designs of every country reflect the postal and cultural development of the country, and mailboxes, as well as stamps, are the most representative postal souvenirs. Traditional postal delivery is gradually being replaced by the Internet, therefore the postal office has to seek development through diversified businesses, as by developing mailbox souvenirs to remind later generations of "the traditional way of postal delivery" and stimulate their interest in postal products.
