    I am so sorry that these pics aren't that great, but the 1st shows the cabinet how it supposed to be oriented, however I turned it on it's side to place it on the small space on the entry wall of my studio. It now holds my business items like shipping stuff and trade books, etc. I purchased this from a lady in Red Wing, MN who said that it was "very old." I am not sure what that means exactly in terms of dating the piece, but it did have lots of very old postal documents affixed to the back (including some handwritten rate information that I could only dream to hold true today!)

      Hey there, I just got a piece that is somewhat similar, I wonder if mine was used for sorting too, not real sure. I plan to use mine in my office to for paperwork

      i put 20 years in the postal service those we used mostly for magazines and papers we call magazines and also for small packages. the made shorter and smaller slots for the letters
