This little 4-footed vase has the same feet as the green/verde-clear and pink-verde-pink vases I and others have posted. It has 4 blue trails that start off on the surface of the body at the rim and become submerged in the clear glass at the start of the 2 twists.
The maker's mark on the silver collar is not visible but the London date letter [s] for 1913 is very clear. Similar "beat up" thin crimped silver collars are a feature of my David Loebl rims, but I doubt it is enough in itself to be sure of a maker.
Love the twisted form with the trails!
