I would guess Rindskopf as they produced a lot of utility ware and Schindler and Co were known to import them. However, there is nothing similar in the 1915 catalogue on glasmusterbuch.de.
The petal-like mould-blown feet are quite unusual but if anyone can point me in the right direction, I would be grateful.
