16 Size Railroad pocketwatch. The Studebaker #229, Circa 1910, have had for 20 years. Has not been serviced by anyone. And still keeps perfect time. Made in America, when america made more than data..............
Great watch! You should have it serviced though. You have the regulator pushed all the way over to one side in order to keep it running right. That's not a good sign. It needs cleaning. Take it to your local watch guy. It'll cost you $100 or so but it'll be worth it. Even if you're not winding it that often. Letting it run in that condition isn't good for it. That watch is worth many multiples of the cost of a good cleaning. It should be a no brainer... lol...
Wonderful!
Very nice watch! Thanks for sharing!
Also not Navajo, Hopi or Zuni. Sorry, but I'm just in that mood tonite.
Thank you too late. The regulator is where its been for 20 years. A friend sent his Rolex in for service. A few years later it died. He had the back removed to find a quartz movement with a dead battery. The regulator is very capable of being where its at....But Thank you...
Blunderbuss, it may be true, " You harm the world as much by taking offense, as by giving it" I know I'm not very edumacated. If you have the answers to how any of the textiles were produced...I sure Do appreciate the share. Hope alls well, I'm going to get back to my Zuni Hopi or Navajo. P.s. the Textile with the guards has me ?? Thanks for your input.
Glad you have a good sense of humour.
