What is this fan / how old? Does anyone know anything about it? I'm thinking it's quite rare because I literally see 0 about them on Google. ..nothing on this site or Ebay. Cord was replaced and it works.

Was obtained at an auction in eastern PA

It is a beautiful fan, it could be worth $300 or more. Anyway because it has a brass cage and blades (not to mention the 1910 patent date) I would say it is from the 1910s. It could stand another cord replacement. It should have a twisted wire cloth covered cord, replacement cords are about $13. Again it is a beautiful fan.

Brass bladed fans are absolutely the best.....I wouldn't part with any of mine...they make awesome decor additions throughout the home. Nice one!!
