      The first item appears to be an Ammonite fossil, probably between 65 mil and 200 million yrs old. An ocean dweller similar in appearance to the modern day Nautilus. Not sure exactly what the second item is, but definitely not a dinosaur egg - wrong kind of rock.

      Theresa like Chadakoin said, the first item is an invertrabate called an Ammonite.

      the rock appears to me to a pyrite, hence the ability to create that rainbow like coloring in some areas.

      At least one geographical location that I am aware of that Ammonite fossils are found in pyrite is germany.

      I have no idea about the other item.
