Hello collectors here is my Donald Duck pocket watch that Kerry has posted that is in question. all the other ones that I have seen Donald is holding a red and blue flag where this one he is holding a blue and yellow flag. the ad that Kerry posted seems to be from the UK and I was wandering if that is the market they were meant to sold in, to me Donald is a little diff. in coloring as it has red on his clothing and a redish shadow around his body sort of like the English bearded Mickey

Mickey, Thanks for posting...as we been trying to figure out... believe the red striped variants might be older and the newer Wards might be the yellow stripe...but as Adam stated.. several different combinations to these.... as per feathers, flags and such......I need a swallow of something smooth and with bite. LOL
Thanks again Mickey for sharing this one.

      Thanks all! Much appreciated!

No serial numbers, writing, date.....anything. Going to make it a nightmare to try and figure out. I hope we can find more color catalogues!

      mickeysmagic,

I agree. I know my father and I had more information somewhere, it's just a matter of finding it.

The "mystery" involved in collecting character watches, especially from the 70's, is what I love. It seems like I am constantly finding new watches that I haven't seen anywhere before.

I was working on a book for awhile and decided to go the website route instead. I knew as soon as a book was published that something would be wrong or a new watch/information would be found. At least with a website, it can be updated easily and all collectors can chime in!

Thanks again for the photos! I appreciate it and will let you know if I find more information.
