    Rescued from my mother-in-law's porch 40 years ago. All the children and grandchildren love the drop arms. No manufacturer's mark. Would like to know more about it before I pass it on to my grown daughter.

      this looks a lot like an Old Hickory-style chair. they were manufactured in maybe Indiana or Ohio in the 40s and 50s. very similar style, at least. very very collectible when signed originals.
