Formica table not sure if this table is from late 1950's or the 1960's. Bought online for $50. I really like the Formica tables for some reason.

I have exact table in kitchen with 4 chairs . Did you get chairs that match also ? I love mine and yours :-) 1950's table .
Hi Manikin did not buy the chairs with it. Had to go out and buy chairs for the table at a store and paid a lot of money for them.
I love formica to work on it is to me better than a fancy counter top . It was made to last and last !
I just noticed yours is same color as mine and legs are same but chrome rim around my table is different . It has a space with chrome balls between the rim. I will try and post it .
My mom and dad had the same table in the 50's and it still sits in their kitchen even though they are gone. We played cards a good many nights over that table. I don't think people play cards much now days. Getting old is fun because you can laugh at what the new generations have missed. Card games are live one on one and computer games are just that you play against someone half a world away you will never meet or get to know. Progress I guess.
I used to play cards on this table fhr all I knew how to play was spades and I was pretty good back in the day :-) That is when I could count cards now I have to check calender everyday to see what day it is :-)
