Bought this pair today any ideas what they are? Leather chrome they have 2 positions for back rest. Heavy metal soft leather owner said they bougt in an anteque shop 10 yrs ago

This is a great chair! Don't remember seeing anything like it. Very interesting. Weren't pastels a thing of the 70's?
70'S ok! I got them this morning off craigslist the posting was a month old she said i was the only responce. They are in great shape i think i am going to keep them.
