24" in length with MILLER'S BEAM & SCALE RULE. Pat. ordered Issued. on one side. Back side has Manufactured by H.M. Deal Bucyrus, OHIO. This was something my Grandma had. She has a tag on it that she has written this was for grain exchange. It does have the word EXCHANGE on it in several different spots. In excellent condition. I am just wondering what this is. very unique I believe.
