When it comes to antique pewter, Britannia ware, Silecian ware, nickel silver, German silver, or special metal. Homan Mfg. Company (1847-1941) are the 'creme a la creme' and most sought after pieces to collectors. And for me, a very fine $1.50 thrift store find! =^D
