This piece was one of my grandmother's . I choose it when I was a child. I do not know any thing about it other than it is Marked A-13 on the bottom & it's 3 1/2 inches.. I am looking to identify it?
She looks like she may be a Josef Original knock off. Josef figurines began being most popular in the 50's, but continued on for decades. Her popular birthday figurines started a fad and several companies followed her lead. Although I do know Josef better known marks, I can not say for sure your is not. I can say there is a huge following for figurines like these.
