I bid on a vase in this same form many years ago, but did not win the auction. I was lucky enough to come across one again recently, and am now the lucky owner! It is such an unusual little vase - it is a bright grass green, and mold blown with a pattern of either bubbles, or sort of an organic plant form - almost like seed pods - very Art Nouveau. I think it is just so fun! It measures just over 3.5" tall x 3.5" wide, has a cut and polished rim, and no pontil mark. This could possibly have been made by Kralik, but as I am not sure, I will go with Bohemian for now.
I believe those are in the Kralik case in Passau. I think there's a photo somewhere.... I'll see if I can find it
That would be great Warren - thank you!
I love that you got a second chance to own it and now you do. I am also a fan of the vase. Thank you for sharing it.
Thank you, Lisa - my pleasure! :)
