Another WW II award pin, this one from the Maritime Commission. This pin was made by the AE Company, Utica, NY by members of the Interstate Brass and Copper Workers Union. It's in really good shape, and the first one I remember seeing in my hunting. Thanks for looking!!!

The crews of those ships in that time, were true unsung hero's! Can't imagine the idea of going out on a ship/tanker knowing that you might die by burning, drowning or being blown up. Beyond my comprehension & probably my patriotism! My Mama only raised one fool, & she doesn't live here!
